I don't think it will work. Others around here know more than me about these charging circuits but basically the timing won't synchronize on the outputs.

In theory it would work, but you must remember to power them from separate supplies (battery) because they will have one capacitor's voltage potential difference.

I've played around with these quiet a bit (I've got 200+) and I can say that they dont seem to run from a single battery. I have managed to develop a few kV from enough of them in series, the best use I've found for them is testing dielectric strength (and shocking people!).
You really should get a better charger for cap banks, but yes, it works.
