Hey I have been experimenting with induced voltage triggering and so far it has worked. I don't use it to time anything, I only use it to set of an SCR. So far only one thing has worked out of the little amount of things that I have tried. The only thing that has worked has been a full spool of magnet wire. Does anyone have any ideas of how much wire I should use or would like to share their opinions with me.

i believe its all trial and error, like try lots of turns with thin wire than try the same number with a thicker wire
