When i'm using the edge triggering in PICs what is the minimun voltage swing needed for detection. I could not find anything about that

It depends on which PIC your using and if the ports are TTL or smith triggered. For a PIC18F4550 the values are: Low threshold 0.8V (TTL) and 0.2*VDD (smith trigger) assuming supply voltage is 4.5V or more. High threshold is 2.0V and 0.8*VDD respectively. But to be sure check the datasheet under 'Electrical characteristics' and then 'DC characteristics'.
