Post pictures of all the odd parts you have and come across. Odd defined as old or "different". Hopefully this thread will attract a lot of attention. I love old/odd parts!

I have a few bits of odd stuff lying around, but this has to be the oddest component i ever come across.
According to this datasheet, it is a NPN silicon RF power transistor. It does not show much info about it, im not even sure this is the right datsheet! Oh well, I don't think Ill ever use it for anything just because it looks odd

If you do a Google Images search for "RF Power Transistor" you'll find many others like it. RF is another country; they do things differently there.

I am not sure all those are hold enough to come here ,I get them from a closing electronic shop ,I was looking for triode for vttc but had no reference in mind and I don't know to much about tube eider,most of those tube are penthode exempt the ed500 but it give me some idea :is it possible to use them as electrostatic speaker amplifier? they are 25 kv rated triode,that might mean no transformer needed!!could be interesting ...if any body recognize any of those tube and can tel me what they are good for,that would be nice...
