Charge multiple banks

With space in a hand held device being a premium, would it be possible to charge multiple capacitor banks from one charging / flyback transformer circuit and still have each bank discharge separatly but in order? Or would that place too much of a load on the transformer?

For the first part of your question, try researching into these little magical components called diodes?

Overloading or not depends on power and charge time.
