need a high high side driver

If I want to drive a mosfet/igbt where the high voltage is 750v what are my options? All the high side drivers I see listed are only good to 600v. Can an optocoupler help with the solution?

There are 1200V rated ones. Careful with opto's that arent meant to drive gates. remember turning a gate on/off reqiures a lot of sourced/sunk current in the nS range. you can also look for IXYS ones.
