I am pretty much done with my experiments.
When working with frequencies of 50 - 120 khz are there any dangerous emissions I should be worried about, or is most of the energy confined to the inside of the coil?

120kHz radio waves will likely not harm you. That's a lower energy than the AM radio band, and people work near those huge transmitters without any ill effect. I think you're safe; just don't wear any metal jewelry.

(2) Intense heat radiated from workpiece and/or materials unstable above certain temps. (2) Same concerns as ultrasound in medicine if the workpiece vibrates.
