Perhaps represent the value of the energy stored in a capacitor or battery in monetary units. Bonus points if you use the US kilowatt-hour average cost to display in USD, and the EU average kilowatt-hour average cost to display in Euros.

How about elevation to oreos?

Have the user enter an elevation in the air and their weight to determine their gravitational potential energy and then convert that to the caloric value of something like an Oreo.
