I'm researching Stanley Meyer's water fracturing to fuel. I have found many different strange effects of water when applying different types of energy. I'm posting here because he was using HV circuits & design similar to the tesla coil circuit. I found Eastern Voltage Research on this link and looked around to find there Plasmasonic ii best resembles the circuits used by Meyer. And hope to be able to obtain the knowledge and assistance needed to carry on with the research. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help. Hopefully I am able to help some people here with answers and videos I'll post along the way.

Here are 2 videos to compare and demonstrate. A 6kv 30ma neon trans is being used to generate positive charge or negative charged plasma field.

This vide shows a negative charge running from the SS wire to water suface.

This video shows a positive charge running from SS wire to water surface.

I believe this along with a couple of other experiments I've done to show some type of validity to the Water Fuel Cell work Meyer's did.

Our party line is that the energy in Meyer's experiments came from the aluminium wire. Aluminium burns just like magnesium, if somewhat harder to ignite, therefore it's a form of fuel. And it's quite plausible that when burned under water, it could give aluminium hydroxide and hydrogen.

So, no free energy. Because aluminium is produced from ore by electrolysis, Meyer's water car was really just a stupendously inefficient electric car. I believe the other moderators will stand by me on this, if I decide to lock your thread in a while for free energy bunk.

i haven't ever seen a reference to aluminum wire used in any of the info Meyer left behind. Could you please send me to the link you found with this info? I have found evidence Meyer was lying. I will not say he didn't try to keep a few things back. Or place the info scrambled as if he was ADD. I can only guess he did this to prevent theft of his design. It would require researching & understanding each part of the system for it to work as a only fuel. Have you ever seen anyone use a tesla coil circuit replacing the top load with SS tubes inside each other such as Meyer used. Of course it would require a slightly different set up for the resonators primary & secondaries as well. I have studied this for over 5 years learning it from the basics up. I can if you keep a open mind explain using basic text book physics examples. I have met with 2 guys from DOE working out of Wright Patterson AFB who I tried to dig to find info. But got nothing more then the cold shoulder with the statement "It's classified". There is more to this then anyone wants to believe or try to understand. This is not changing lead into gold or vampires here. But real science that needs real attention not blown off because of laws that were written which might possibly have a place where there are unknown exceptions because nobody looked for them. I have many things I researched like this system and several things suggesting electrical magic in many shapes and forms deal with phasing, impedance matching, reactive power along with other parts of physics not thought to be combined yet for net gain. A friend once sent me a quote "If we knew what we were doing. It wouldn't be called research".

hmm.. i met someone at 'uni who was building one of these things for his final year project. I did point out that it was highly likely to not work, but he ignored me.

(this was before meyer got arrested on fraud charges)

interestingly a very similar device (based on regular electrolysis) does generate oxyhydrogen (aka H2 and O2) for burning in a modified torch, these have been used for a while to save on expensive acetylene but draw a lot of power in the process.
