running a sim in PSpice

I'm using OrCAD PSpice for the first time today, demo version. I can't for the life of me figure out how to make it run a simulation of the schematic I've drawn. Everywhere I look, in the instruction booklet, or in online tutorials, I see the same instructions -- choose menu option PSpice and name the simulation.
I've looked everywhere and can't find it.
How do you run a simulation in PSpice?

I found a clue here:

The poster says,
"I had the exact same problem under Windows Vista. The basic step of setting the compatibility settings of the 'Capture Student' program so that it 'Run this program as an administrator."
Now how do I do that? I'm running XP.
