So here is a project i completed awhile back. Kinda artsy i guess, mostly built for the fun of it but did get displayed for a bit at a gallery.
All of the LEDs on the enclosure are hooked to an arduino clone with optical resistors so as the arc passes they do different things in the back ground. It stands about 6' tall all together with 5' of copper tubing as the electrodes.

I will try to get over to it new home and get some, i wasn't really thinking about that when i completed it as it was for an art exhibit for a local electronics club. It now resides at my tattoo artist house (i traded it for some work) but i should be able to get some and post it.
