Hi. I don't know where to find this vacuum tube's datasheet if it is even a tube. It might be some water cooled tetrode or something. Any info is appreciated.

Well, the first two connections are always for heater voltage. And from my experience most tubes are directly heated, so the second would also be the cathode. Then we have the two grids of a tetrode, and finally the water cooled anode. There's really not many more things those two connections can be.
That's definately a tube. Only I can't fathom the operating parameters without some sort of sheet. Size might give you a rough idea of voltage and wattage, but really, you need a sheet or get lucky and find someone who recognize it.
