US $189. is a good price for the scope if it comes with the probes in the pictures. It also shows 7 day return privilage if you pay the shipping (both ways).
Can you test it properly to determine it works with normal wear and tear (ageing of crt).
Also how far does it have tto be shipped to you, and who assumes risk of damage in transit. Glass CRT's, old ones, are fragile enough to get altered (not broken) annoyingly if thrown about.
