Any idea what kind of lamps are thees? krypton arc lamps? xenon flash lamps?

I have several flash lamps that have the exact same thing written on the box, plus the warning about high pressure, but they are 100% xenon low pressure flash lamps, so that doesn't mean anything.

There is also the thing that arc lamp usually have one electrode pointed, really sharp pointed, but this lamps also don't have the usual spherical looking electrodes.
