Hello I just bought a CM300DU-24F igbt does anyone know if the 1200v rating is between both igbts in the module or is it referring to just one of the igbts, in which each are 600v? It would be nice to know so i'm aware of how many TVS to put in series. Thanks!

Cool thanks Matt for clearing that up! So if my brick is rated 1200v putting 4 200v TVS across each IGBT sound right? Oh and btw what ever happened to your ClassE coil? Mines going in a box soon i can't wait it's gunna look so spiffy with the blue leds i bought for it!
