Hi
I was wondering if you could use a ignition coil driver and replace where the primary coil output would go to a separate coil which i can use as the induction heater coil. I have heard of people doing this, but is there a specific circuit you have to use in order for this to work?

Thanks for the reply's. Just wondering about the modified flyback drivers. Ive built a couple in my past and doesn't i usually operate at about 24khz or thereabouts. What kind of modifications would i need to make it oscillate at that high frequency?
