Help interpreting datasheet for IGBT

I was reading this datasheet and it raised a question. At 25c it is rated for 75A; it is rated for 63A at 110c. On the upper right corner of the first page it says that it does 40A at 100khz @ 390v; it does 20A at 200khz @ 390v. Does this mean that even though it is rated for 600v and 63A (if the temperature permits), it can only do 20A if the switching speed is 100khz?

If have seen other chips that don't have this frequency specification.

So, what can I make out of this information?

i did not look at the datasheet but yes, frequency will drastically affect operational limits. think of it like duty cycle. 80% 20% of the time,
or 60% 40% of the time. temp and freq are important.

Doesn't that assume hard switching, though? You can probably pull a little more current with a resonant load.

I read something that gave some efficiency percentage values on ZCS and ZVS, but I can't seem to find it right now... I think it was by TI. I remember that ZVS was much more efficient than ZCS, but that ZCS still offered like ~20% extra efficiency. I'm sure it varies greatly with the IGBT and the system, though. Probably better off running close to spec and only upping the power if everything is cool.

Fig3 of the curves gives the f vs I ratings. Rated values are what the manufacturer warrents the device to withstand.
