Ive got these cores a while back, and I wondered if they will be any good serving as a gate drive transformer for an SSTC/DRSSTC, probably with the frequency of 100khz - 150khz these cores have 10K permeability and are made from 40 material, so I dont really know anything about thier frequency ranges. any input is helpfull.

Do have a frequency generator? You could measure the resonance amplitude of different LC test circuits (just wind a few turns onto one of the cores and swap the caps) and find the quality factors. That's just an idea to get some frequency response parameters. I am rather sure others will know better
