Hi. I just started using LTspice and I wanted to model a small 2W class E amp before building it. The library didn't have the MOSFET 2N7000 so I tried making my own entry. I may have made a mistake entering the parameters or didn't have the right resistances and supplies because the MOSFET doesn't seem to be working like it should be. I didn't know what all of the parameters did so I filled them out best I could. I used the model for the IRF510 as a reference. The spice code is at the top of each schematic which corresponds to the MOSFET in the circuit.

For anything LTspice-ish you really need the Yahoo! LTspice group
Its hugely active, and the author and other extremely knowledgeable people hand out there a lot - I've used LTspice for years, but got real help there for some mixed-mode models I was writing for tiny/little logic.
Anyway, the 2n7002 is essentially the same device and is already included with LTspice under the "misc" folder in "Select Component". Its not part of the standard nmos component as its implemented as a sub-circuit, not a model.
Cheers
