This might be a stupid question and I apologize if it is.
I've posted an image of a section of a schematic that I'm trying to figure out. The project is basically a tube overdrive guitar pedal that uses actual overdriven 12ax7's (it's basically a preamp that just overdrives the tubes in order to get that crunchy, lightly distorted sound with the push of a button). I decided I wanted to build one to learn a little more about tube audio in general and to have a new toy to play with in the end. I found this circuit posted in a forum online and it seems fairly straightforward. However, there are these diamond shaped symbols with numbers that have me confused. The symbols contain the following numbers: <1>, <2,4,6>, <9>, <8,10,12>, <13>, and <15>. Do these represent components that were intentionally left out so that someone like me can't use it to build my own device? Could they represent some kind of connector with the numbers indicating which pins to use? Unfortunately I don't know the origin of this schematic. Someone posted it in the forum to ask a question about it but the thread is several years old.
