I am trying a lower capacitance for my voltage doubler which supplies the HV to my induction heater inverter. At resonance, when the current draw is the most, the signal goes from a clean waveform to a fuzzy one. The frequency is the same, but there is a fuzzy envelope of a high and low amplitude signal. I am guessing this is the result of a ripple voltage.
What can I do? Do I need a second stage capacitor filter? Ignore it if it won't affect the circuit?
