Hello all, I am planning a full bridge for tesla coiling. I figured I would have it made via expresspcb. Anyone care to look at my design and give me your thoughts? Here is a screen shot... Thanks, Matt

It's hard to tell what is really going on. As far as trace size it looks good. I would stay away from the SMD stuff on a board like this. It is just harder to work with and possibly less robust, harder to replace, etc.
You might also consider using a real PCB fab house. Im not sure what you will pay at pcbexpress, but I know that gold phoenix will do a whole 100 sq inch panel for about $100 shipped.

Hello, Expresspcb is a bit more expensive than others, but they are very easy to use and their software is extremely easy to use. I have used them for a lot of things and always happy... The basically has two GDTs in the middle in parallel with each other and four to-247 devices forming the full bridge. (Actually I plan to use three terminal screw connectors for quick part replacement).
I chose to go SMD on the back to back zeners and gate (or base) resistors since I never have had them fail before. I am also pretty good with SMD (super steady hand).
