I'm aware this topic has been raised before yet I think it needs to be brought up. A few of us don't have HF or a higher grade of licence thus limited power, so why not set up a 4HV conference server. I'm happy to set it up and run it as a net, so all I want is a bit of support and I'll do it.

So happens I host an echolink node for the local ham radio club. I'm not sure if I'd leave it linked to the repeater for a round-table, but I can always pull it down for a couple hours and put it to use.

Ok, so if I can get ten people who will join the soon-to-be 4HV Echolink net I'll start working on it. I'm in Australia so I'll need some help sorting out times to run it.
