I have a 1600 microfarad (curse keyboards, no micro sign) 330 V low esr cap bank. What to do. I have disintergrated steel wool, wire, and tryed a coilgun. Now what. (I know this is not a serious post).

I don't know how much energy you need but you might try disk launching. Just a hard drive platter or something over a pancake coil should make it jump a bit.
