Tape inside looks terribly. Say something about capacitors. I guess that you use photoflash capacitors.

I'm a fan of the structural duct tape, and good use for an old timing light.

You sure like tape. More specs would be interesting?

Not bad! My first coilgun was made out of trash and a disposable camera.

You can never have too many cheesey That's roughly 68.607J. I'm going to estimate that's around 10 camera capacitors? Isn't a bad design, I hand-crafted a pistol out of sheet metal at Home Depot in the ducting area (8X11") and used glue. I also used camera capacitors, Later got 76.7J (400V 470uf) ones.. 10 of them, And now I have a 200J photoflash bank. Over 60 in parallel :)

Be happy to see more pictures....power source...etc.. I use to use 4AA (parallel) and 8 mini-camera circuits in parallel. It speeds it up A LOT

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOARD IS AS HE SAYS. You NEED the Diode, Transistor, and LED in the same corner. If you have spare circuits, i recommend this. You create less resistance and it charges over 3X faster. If you can manage to do the hack, Please do it!

And with this one, It involves taking it all apart and .. yeah.

JUST MAKE SURE IT'S A "FIVE" PIN TRANSFORMER FIRST! Thanks cheesey
