ZVS problem

hi
i built a zvs driver with RU207 diode and it worked well i think
one day i bought ultra fast diode 400v 3A "31DF4" and switched it
turned on the power and popped my one zener diode(18v 1w) i replaced it with the same value and popped again!
i swiitched back my old diode and it does not pop.
why is that happening? maybe ill use different fast diode?

maybe the diode is popped?

Look:

There isn't needed more than 1A diode, but need fast swithing and high voltage barier.
