Paralleling variacs

 		Good day guys

I have two exactly the same 5Kva variacs and I want to connect them in parallel. I've done some research - found some PDFs that say about the choke, connected to the wipers, also found in pupment some posts on the subject Link2 , and also how to calculate the choke. Here is another usefull link Link2 . I want to ask - do you guys have experience with such things, recomendations or any information you think will be usefull.
