2N6678 use for flyback driver ?

I found a bunch of these in my junk box, but no mosfets or 2n3055's. looking to build a flyback driver to drive a pair of marx generators. will these work in place of 2N3055's ?

Yes, they will work fine. Are you using the type with a drive coil and a feedback coil though? If not, i would suggest buying some mosfets. If so, mosfets will not work.
