Initial tests: Insulation (Takeda Riken High Megohm Meter on 1000V range) Good.
Temperature Rise Above Ambient After 24 Hours Unloaded: 9 Celsius. Good
Magnetostrictive Hum: Slight. Good.

Terminal Condition: Corrosion. Poor.
External Barrier Insulation: Pitch has become brittle and can be flaked off with thumbnail. POOR

After careful documentary photography of wiring, the faceplate is to be removed, and all terminals replaced and the cermaic insulators chemically cleaned. The faceplate is to be re-surfaced and coated with PCB lacquer.
The pitch barrier layer is to be removed, and replaced with new black conformal coating of similar appearance to fresh pitch.
All exposed metal parts to be resurfaced.
Time Fame: 2 weeks.
