ok, so I have a single hard drive, sda, that is triple booting some OSes but when I try to load Backtrack I get the error (Vista and Ubuntu boot just fine) "Kernel Panic - not syncing: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel"
this is my grub code for Backtrack
title BackTrack 4 Beta
root (hd0,4)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz rw root=/dev/sda4
initrd /boot/splash.initrd I read to insert a "init=3" into the kernel line, but that did not work...
any idea on what I might do?
