Help interpreting a schematic please?

Alright, I made a fairly awesome remote toggle switch, but I have no idea how the connections are done on the DPDT relay provided.

I am simply looking for an SPST connection to toggle a sprinkler valve on/off. Which contacts should I solder the circuit onto.

Actually, if someone could just educate me about the symbols that would be wonderful. Thanks!

When L1 is not lit, B is connected to C, and E is connected to F.

When L1 is lit and the relay is energised, B is connected to A, and E is connected to D.

I think there should also be a catch diode across RL1 to protect Q3 from the back EMF when it turns off.

B and E are "COM", common.
C and F are "NC", normally closed.
A and D are "NO", normally opened.
