What is this transformer?

A few days ago, someone handed me a transformer and asked me if I could use it. The problem: I have no idea about some of the specs of the transformer. I can measure the voltage, but I don't know the output current or the output power.

The markings on the transformer are:
LBEI-96
A1023-CA
703025-5 (ORION)

It looks like it's made by Orion, but I don't know.

I tried putting these markings into Google, but found no results, so I'm wondering if anyone has a clue if they know what it is. Thanks.

Tell me primary voltage and DC primary resistance (and also weigth if you want more accurate answer

) and I'll tell you approximate power rating.
