Good quality comes from taking the time to either wind it by hand or build a lathe like rig to mount the secondary form in.
I only do my coils by hand as I got 100% control, takes some time, just remember to put tape on already done parts and then varnish it as soon as its done, keep it in a room with a constant temperature to avoid windings suddenly falling off if the temperature rises.
You are also posting alot of threads that could be avoided if you did some research on some of the many sites you can find via. f.ex. google. :)

That's kinda hard to get results on. It all depends on the size of what you wind. Anything past 2 feet long and it would be worth it to build a winding jig.
