Never used them. I've been reading about them.
If I want to parallel 4 together to share current, how do I decide what is the best value for the Emitter resistor, or does it not matter as long as they are equal? I believe once I know the value and the current I want to conduct I can then decide what the Gate voltage must be to turn the device on: Vge(th) + Ve(resistor) = Von
