Little help with eagle

I have just started to use Eagle, but now I am stuck so I have a question.

I am going to use the famous PLL chip 4046 in eagle, but two pins are missing, 8 and 16. How can I get these?

They are the power and ground pins. Use the Invoke tool in the schematic editor to make them appear.
