circuit design help

So i am getting 6 SCR's, and they require a specific gate control when using them to the maximum di/dt. The waveform and discription can be seen on the datasheet, page 4:

How would i go about replicating this waveform? i have no idea where to begin, and not having an O-scope will make it alot harder.
any ideas?
