Anyone experimented with how much frequency and V per turn will these ( ) cores take before they start getting too hot?

the ones I use seem to to be good for >100KHz which was as high as I wanted to go due to insulation problems. I was running about well over 10v/turn at that point (probably closer to 30v/turn before it saturated)
