Bad capacitor issues (safety related!)

This is another example of the bad capacitor issue that can arise due to designing in a cheaper higher ESR capacitor in place of the correct low ESR type, but in this case a potential fire risk can be seen.

If anyone here has one of these receivers I'd recommend replacing this part with the correct type.

Having fixed quite a few dead TFT monitors I have seen my share of bad caps :)
