OK i need some help

these are some transisters i can get at my local shop that seem good

so if any one has any experience or even knows what they can be used for in hv applications

STP16NF06 60V 16A TO220

BUZ-71 Sipmos Power FET

Their only practical use would be a high frequency H-bridge at 50V. I wouldn't call them very useful. They would be good for a discrete gate driver, to drive larger mosfets like.
