Hi. I am trying to build a trigatron but I am unsure as to what voltage I need to apply at the trigger electrode. Can any kind soul guide me as any rule I need to follow for the trigger electrode voltage? Thanks.

anything that wont blow the load you are triggering (to be safe, but there are ways around that but if they fail it goes through the load), and can jump from the trigger electrode to one of the other electrodes, but I would recommend it be able to jump the distance bewteen the load electrodes, for more reliability if possible (quick reminder, it should be right in the middle of the two) I think I still have a trigger transformer, if I do I might sent it to you (it outputs ~20-25Kv with around 270-300V input pulse)... it's pretty small size too.
