I just have a few questions. I would like to try to convert a strobe light to accept 2 leds. Is this possible and how would I go about doing this? the reason for I have tried to make a blinking led circuit that lets you control the flashrate. For some reason I can't make this work . So i was thinking it would just be easier to hack a already made circuit via the strobe light.
Thanks,
James

A strobe light works by charging up a capacitor to about 400VDC, and then pulsing a few kV across a third electrode to get the gas to ionize enough for the 400V to flow. You won't be able to convert a strobe light to use LEDs, but what you could do is make a 555 timer circuit...
