QM50DY-H frequency

Hi guys

I have 6 of those transistors, so I decided to make an inverter with them, but looking at the date sheet ( http://www.cx-jl.com/GTR/rbsl/QM50DY-H.pdf )revealed that they have quite high turn -on/off times, so I was wondering what kind of frequency would you suggest to use ? (they say that are "good" for wealders).
