It is an extremely old six pin main power connector. Before 20 pin main bus supplies, one or two of these were used for power instead. Even in an old Dell XPS600T that I used to use before I got this one half a year ago, the 20 pin was augmented by one of these six pin connectors. I believe it is called an AT PSU plug.
The pin out is (thanks to Uzzor's site): 1- Power Good, +5 VDC. 2- +5 VDC 3- +12 VDC 4- -12 VDC 5/6- Ground

It is 0.100" spaced square pins. These are by AMP or WALDOM, MOLEX, its all pretty much the same company. I use these a lot in fact, its one of my standards for PCB interconnects for high current. A good electronic store will have packages of these Molex connectors hanging by hooks on a shelf. You may be able to find some extra long square pins, put those in a Molex plug and use that as a shroud. These ones don't ordinarily have a connector shroud that I've seen, that's why I say that, I think they're usually moulded on.
Anyway, they're not rare or anything, but they aren't polarized either (if its just a bunch of pins sticking out), so you have to be careful how you hook them up.

Unfortunately RS has reduced their stock to the point where if you're not sure they have it, you shouldn't bother going because they probably won't have it.
You can get them from any of the big guys like Mouser, Digikey, Newark, with a credit card order or phone order or whatnot.
But if you're in dire need of the parts you can put a post in the wanted thread for some of them. OR, If I can find some free time I may be able to cobble something together and send it out, but bare in mind that it may take me some time to get it done.

It looks pretty much like a 0.1" spaced molex, you could just order the male 6 pin connector then hack off the bit of plastic that polarizes the connector. Just be careful not to plug it in the wrong way...
