"Built to be submerged in high voltage insulating oil"
I think surface tracking, if not direct arcing, between those terminals would be a major issue if the capacitor saw a full 35KVDC charge while the terminals were not submerged. I don't think the terminals are that insubstantial, it's a screw terminal of approximately the size I've seen on similarly rated capacitors, there are simply no measures taken to prevent surface tracking.

It's an Energy Storage Capacitor so it is a pulse capacitor, BUT! I believe that one is only intended for Laser applications and if you attempted to short it through a SGTC primary, I believe that one will die very quickly.
This is a situation where "all of your eggs are in one basket", for SGTC I would really advise to avoid that. Even with doorknobs the load is spread out among several, which I believe to be a safer alternative, even though the current during the charging cycle is totally shorted through them.
My SGTC cap bank of doorknobs had tracking issues even with a 3" spark path!!!!!! and this is only 12KVAC input!!! so there is no way this guy will survive the tracking issue. I had to paint my plates to prevent arcing and EMP events.
I would not recommend this cap somewhat on the basis of the terminals too. My Cap at .018uF with 12KVAC charging ( 9 doorknobs each with 5mm screw per threaded insert ) undergoes ~350 Amps during peak ringdown. This cap would be matched to a similar 12/60, but it must handle ~350A through the terminals, and I would be surprised if it would survive more then a few impulses before the terminals disconnect from the dielectric somehow.
Cap for experimenting, HV discharges, sure, but not TC duty. It may work for a while, but it won't survive that kind of torture for long. It might be better for a Marx generator as your first cap in a long string of smaller doorknobs.
