It's good to be back at 4HV! It's good to be home from uni so I can work on more interesting projects smile

I've googled around for quite a bit and searched McMaster. They don't have 5/8" pipe with a 1/8" wall, for instance. I've come very close but can't find anything quite close enough. Any ideas on pipe suppliers? US-based is preferable but foreign is fine as well.

I think he was referring to plastic pipe for coil forms.

Sorry, that was something I should have specified. I'm actually looking for steel. Thanks for the information thus far.

Have you looked at 1/2" EMT conduit? It is 1/2" inside and Im pretty sure it has a 5/8" OD (Ive never measured it at work). Its not pressure rated or anything but it is moderately strong and pretty cheap.

Unfortunately, I need something pressure rated (the wall needs to be rather exact). I'm sure there's such a tube out there - 3.25mm wall, 15.88mm diameter.
