On the 24 pin connector that goes on the motherboard, you can get 17Vdc.
look at this picture for an ATX psu. in the bottom of the jack you should use the -5Vdc (left coloum, 3rd from bottom) and +12Vdc (right coloum, 1st from bottom)
yeah i know about feature of " - " voltage, but that gives poor A value... i need more power, or just rewind transformer inside, but that way i need to rewind it all (biggest toroid trafo inside)...
i am just not sure if i can connect that in parallel.. that is all

You can connect them in parallel. Sometimes you need a small amount of resistance (few feet of wire would do it) to keep the supplies stable, but you can usually just parallel them up.
