Hi all I am making 8KW smps for welding+induction heating i need to make current control, i don't know, how to make, i think use CT front of power transformer (Imax=25.5A Imin 0.3A) so how tu make it, please, some one show real circuit for my case power should be regulated by trimmer resistor (in control panel) here is my idea, which is rubbish (control circuit does not chow real circuit, just PWM is how i going to make it)

You would usually put the burden resistor Rs after the rectifier bridge instead of directly across the secondary of the CT. Otherwise the forward-drop of the diodes in the bridge causes a dead-band in the current sense signal. For small values of Rs insufficient voltage can be developed to forward bias the diode bridge.
By placing the burden resistor after the rectifier, the CT secondary develops whatever voltage is required to forward bias the diodes and drive current through Rs. Therefore no dead-band.
