I have an cylindrical ozone cell made out of aluminum for the electrode and ceramic as the dielectric. The dielectric thickness is 0.7mm and the gap is 0.2mm. I am looking for a HV power supply for function with that ozone cell. I don't know how much voltage I can apply to it and at what frequency. Is there a document or a site that threat the relation of gap, dielectric and electrode for ozone production?
Anybody knows anything about that subject, please leave me some links .

Running it with a flyback is probably going to be your best bet.
