What do you mean by detailed description? Principle of operation?

It is a push-pull, current-fed parallel resonant inverter. The capacitor C and inductance of the transformer primary winding (leakage/magnetizing) form a parallel resonant circuit. This circuit is then switched by the two transistors at its resonant frequency. This effectively takes the reactive current away from the transistors so they have to switch only the real power that is going into the arc/whatever load is on your output.
