I changed full-bridge diode blocking system, or it same as original ?? ( Schottky on drain) ??

You have two choices; you may either have the schottky on the drain side or source side of the MOSFET.

On the drain side, the Schottky and the MOSFET can share a common heatsink [on the cathode and drain]. The MUR860 will need a separate heatsink.

On the source side, the MUR860 and the MOSFET can share a common heatsink [on the cathode and drain], and you'll need to put the Schottkies on separate heatsinks.

Ideally, the Schottkies aren't going to be dissipating much; they may not even need heatsinks. You will want to heatsink your MUR860s, though, so I'd recommend you put the Schottkies on the source side of the MOSFETs.

Even if you're using insulating pads on all your devices, it's still good from a principles perspective.

I went to the digikey website and the cases are drain=case and the diode case=cathode, So if you put the mbr1645 on the drain side of fet you can put the fet and mbr1645 on the same heat sync. If you use a single heat for all they will have to be insulated
